About My Freelancing:

All basic projects include a front/main page and 1 inner page. Project rates are dependent on individual complexity. More advanced projects are welcome (such as entire sites) but as I am one person I'm limited in how many I can take on at once. If you happen to have web design/development related work not listed here I am of course interested so please ... get in touch.

Typical Rate Scheme:

• Web Design (Fireworks .PNG Format): 4-8 hours
• PSD/PNG > XHTML/CSS: 8-12 hours
• Everything else: estimation based on hourly rate of $35 per hour.

These are typical requirements for projects of these sizes. As your project may differ this may be adjusted accordingly based upon difficulty and requirements.

3 Simple Rules:

• If my prices don't fit your pocket, please find another professional.
• No work will be started without prior signing of a contract and 25% downpayment.
• All non-payers are turned over to a debt collecting agency.

Please note I work on various projects simultaneously and do so during my non-working hours. This means your project shares its development time with all other projects and that events in my life may end up taking precedence in the short term. I apologize ahead of time for any possible delays but this is freelance work afterall.

Terms and Conditions:

I require a detailed description of all services requested as well as the goals to be achieved in advance in order to provide you with the best possible solution. The quality of my services is bound to the quality of your description. Please take your time to think about what you really need before you contact me.

I do not provide unlimited design revisions. You are entitled to 2 revisions for your project. Since those two revisions are based strictly on your description, you will be required to choose one of them as final design.

All services are provided as-is, no warranty of any kind will be given. Payment is to be provided 25% up-front and 75% upon completion. No project will be started before the first portion of payment is confirmed in my account. Since the work I do is based on your requirements and description, no refunds of any kind will be issued. Should you terminate the project before its completion your downpayment will not be refunded. However, if for any reason (and these are VERY rare) I terminate the project early, your downpayment WILL be refunded in full.

Ownership:

Once completed, full ownership of the project is yours. I reserve the right to post images and descriptions of the completed project in my personal portfolio and elsewhere for self promotion.
